Q：The transaction keeps showing as Pending, can I cancel it?

Once a transaction has been issued on the blockchain, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you are in a hurry to get your assets to your account, you can add a gas fee to get the transaction packaged as soon as possible by selecting Accelerated Transactions from the gas fee option.

Q：Several deals were initiated, why were they unsuccessful?

If you have a transaction that is waiting to be packaged and is not successful, then multiple subsequent initiated transactions will be queued for packaging. For transactions initiated at the same address, miners need to pack in the order in which the transactions were initiated. Once the first transaction is successful, only then will it be the turn of the next few transactions.

Q: Will my assets lose when the deal is packaged and fails?

The tokens will only be deducted from your address if the transaction is successful. If the gas fee is set too low at the time of transfer, resulting in the transaction being discarded by the miner, i.e. in the case of a failed pack, the tokens will still remain in your address.
