1. Recharge
- Cloud wallet currently supports USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, BUSD, TRX, TUSD and other main coins, and can recharge directly using AScoin local wallet. We will support more asset types, and please refer to the display on the front page for details. .
Attention: Cloud wallet recharge consumes Gas fee, please confirm your network.
2.Coin Withdrawal
- Cloud wallet withdrawals need to exceed the minimum withdrawal amount. The withdrawal fee varies according to different networks (refer to Exchange’s withdrawal rules). Please refer to the display on the front page for more details.
3.Coin withdrawal is delayed
- If the status of the withdrawal record is "withdrawal successful", it means that coins have been transferred to Blockchain. You can click "Go to the third-party website to view transaction details" at the bottom of the withdrawal details, checking the progress of the withdrawal. If the status of the withdrawal record is "withdrawing", it means that the platform is doing risk control review, please wait patiently or contact customer service to deal with your problem.
4.Wrong address for coin withdrawal
- If a wrong address results in sending failure, the coins will be automatically unfrozen and returned to the cloud wallet, and the withdrawal record will show "withdrawal failure"; if the sending is successful, it will be credited to the wallet corresponding to the withdrawal address, which is irrecoverable.
